Little Minnows Yoga brings an energetic and exuberant approach to the ancient practice of yoga. By incorporating all of the components of an adult yoga class – breathing exercises, asana (yoga poses), mindfulness, meditation and relaxation – children learn about their breath, build strength and flexibility, gain confidence and self-esteem, and explore age-appropriate mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
Most importantly, the classes are non-competitive. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children to explore their body, their breath, and stillness. |
